SHIPPING, SALES PROCESS, RETURN POLICY

Order Process

All orders placed with THREADS will begin processing the following business day. Please note, that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. Due to COVID there may be some delays in orders, however, our expectation is 14 business days.  

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

As an added security measure some orders shipped to Canada and the USA may require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping

 Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking reference number via email. If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, please make sure to include it.

If we are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at the point of delivery, or otherwise, THREADS is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the Courier.

THREADS is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

Lost and Damaged Items

THREADS  is not liable for any damages incurred during transit. All purchases are made at the buyers’ own risk. THREADS does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Return Policy

Orders made and shipped by THREADS are subject to exchange and conditional return if the item(s) are defective.  THREADS will require a high resolution image of the item(s) emailed to us within seven days of received item(s).  The item(s) can only be exchanged for the same item(s).  If item(s) are damaged for other reasons out of the customers’ control, THREADS will review, investigate and provide refund(s) where applicable.
